Greg Isenberg, an acclaimed tech and productivity influencer and entrepreneur, has launched his own docuseries about the recent AI boom on YouTube. This series has been made possible by a collaboration with Bolt.
The docuseries reveals the inner workings of how big AI is really becoming, depicting the impact of AI's rapid growth across many fields. It takes a really good look at how the AI boom even happened. One moment, we were amazed by Amazon's Alexa; the next, we had ChatGPT!
Signs show that the AI bubble may be dying fast, but this documentary gives a tremendous summary of all the events leading up to it, and contemplates the metaphorical question, "How can I extract as much gold as possible [out of AI]?" It explores the convergence of artificial intelligence into various fields, as well as the increased accessibility for regular tech users to build their own apps, with no prior coding experience required. The docuseries also dives into Greg Isenberg's own story, which all started when he made his own video game blog while living in Canada. His next venture was creating 5by, one of the first video recommendation platforms that StumbleUpon later acquired. He then worked with Garret Camp, one of Canada's biggest billionaires and the co-founder of Uber.
Inside The AI Gold Rush details the stages of the AI bubble and how they have impacted society. From the infamous Will Smith Eating Spaghetti video to the now incredibly realistic visuals of platforms like Sora, to the rise of vibe coding, it covers the growth of the AI bubble in immense detail. Personally, I don't think I've ever been this engaged in a series before. Ever.
